Jott is a voice-to-text service that takes your voice notes and makes them into text documents such as emails or text messages. Jott currently had three different services—Jott Assistant, Jott Voicemail and Jott for Salesforce.

Jott Assistant allows users to call the Jott phone number and use their voice to record notes, reminders, appointments and to-do’s. Jott will then send your memo’s to your computer or cell phone to help you get the most done in the shortest amount of time.

Jott Voicemail is a service that takes your voicemails, transcribes them into text that can then be emailed or texted to you. This not only allows you to get the information in a written format but also allows you to screen calls and then respond using any medium you choose—text, email or phone call.

Jott Salesforce uses the same idea as Jott Assistant but allows a sales team to work together to send important information to one another. You can also set appointments or meeting reminders.

Jott is a great tool for any person who receives voicemails with information that needs to be written down or for that person on the go who doesn’t always have a pen and paper handy. Just call up the Jott number, access your account, say the information you need to remember and within minutes have it in text format on your cell phone!
