We are reaching out to educate and assure out clients of the current situation in the mortgage industry and how it will affect you personally.
I am m sure that you have not been able to turn off the constant and bad news of late. Over the past few weeks, there has been enormous changes in the industry and fluctuation in interest rates. Many companies have changed lending policies, restructured programs, increased their interest rates or simply closed.

Several key loan programs which have been a staple in the industry have vanished. Loans such as:Loan to value over 90%.FICO scores under 640.Loan amounts over 417,000.Stated income loans.Stated income stated asset loans.

What we have been doing to make sure our clients obtain the best mortgage out there, is sending the loan package to additional lenders for more approvals and restructuring loans so they fit several different loan programs. We have been keeping constant tabs on the loans, approvals, commitments, expiration dates and other key issues that could delay closings.

Our reason for sending this notice out is to assure our clients that we are working over and above to keep your loans as close to originally planned as we can. We will make sure that we continue to obtain the best loan product available to you as well as the lowest rates out there. What can you do to help us?
