I was in rainyPuerto Rico!! Too bad we missed the great weather here in New York.The weekend was a nice birthday celebration with my five best friends from college! I would like to say that I did a lot of touring and saw the sites.I did not.We did go into Old San Juan for an afternoon.Lovely and historic city, but my friends spent more time in the Coach Store than in the Castle!A fabulous quick trip for anyone that needs one.JetBlue and Continental have inexpensive direct flights from Newark.Stay near San Juan in one of the many large hotels.You are a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport and there is plenty to do and see in a short time.Or, do nothing as we did!By the way: The frog is their national animal.I did not see one!Nor did I run into Miss Universe.Oh well.See you tonight at The Learning Annex or look for my next jaunt…..that will be very short.
