P. Sands
NYC Police Officer

I took a class with Dale at The Learning Annex in NYC before I even started shopping for my first house. After the class, I not only understood how the process of home buying will work, but I knew what type of loan had the least amount of risk, three things I could do to improve my credit score and how much house we could comfortably afford. Not only did I take two of Dale’s classes, but she helped us buy two homes and refinance our current mortgage to save hundreds of dollars a month! Dale gets it and so do I!
